Pre-season Stroke Clinics

There will be no pre-season stroke clinics in 2026. Practice will start for all age groups Monday, June 15.

~~DATES~~

~~9 & Up stroke clinic: May 19-22 (Monday-Thursday), 6-7pm~~

~~10 & Under stroke clinic: June 9-12 (Monday-Thursday), 7-8pm~~

~~DESCRIPTION~~

~~This year’s stroke clinics will each be 4 days long and will focus on stroke refinement, starts & turns, and one-on-one stroke analysis. Swimmers will be put in groups with swimmers their age.~~

~~9-10 swimmers may choose either stroke clinic, but it’s recommended that new 9-10 swimmers swim the 10 & Under clinic.~~

~~Note that the 9 & Up stroke clinic is very early this year- before opening weekend, in fact. Swimmers at this clinic will get the opportunity to be the first kids in the water this season!~~

COST
$30 per child

OTHER DETAILS
Maximum of 60 swimmers (30 in each session), first come, first serve. Swimmers may only attend one of the clinics.
~~No refunds or makeups for missed clinics or weather-related cancellations.~~
~~Bring a suit, goggles, and towel.~~
