Construction Updates

February 7, 2026

A lot of progress has been made through the last two winter months. The diving well has been formed completely and the surge tank has been installed alongside. The deep end of the lap pool has been formed and poured and excavation will begin shortly on the shallow end. The kiddie pool has been excavated and is in the process of having the forms completed. The pump house, bathroom, and storage area has been constructed and equipment is being set. In addition to the shallow end of the lap pool, the rest of February will see roofing, siding, and windows/doors being installed on the pump house.

November 25, 2025

A lot of progress has been made on the diving well and the pump house since the last update. See the latest YouTube time lapse video to see a condensed version of the entire project so far. Mostly beyond the vision of the camera, the pump house foundation has been poured and the walls will start going up in mid-December.

October 13, 2025

The week of October 6th included a lot of additional site preparation. Many trees were removed (a substantial landscape project is planned for the spring), and later in the week the pump house was removed along with some of the tennis courts (to allow for the pump house foundation to be constructed). Work on the plumbing below the diving well is also underway as it is the first pool to be constructed.

The week of September 29th was largely focused on diving well preparation. This week will include tree removal and more site preparation.

September 26, 2025

Week 2 of site preparation and demolition is complete. This included a groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday evening 9/23 and work began on removing the bridge between the back stairs and the upper deck.

After two weeks of moving out, today was the first day of site preparation and demolition! Work will continue throughout the week with a focus on being able to rebuild the diving well first. We will continue to post pictures and updates throughout the project so check back regularly for more information.
