Job Overviews

General Manager: The General Manager will work alongside the Facility Manager to oversee daily operations and create a fun and positive environment for our members and guests. Managers will maintain club standards, safety, and enforce all rules and regulations. GM Job Description

Head Guard: The Head Guard will primarily perform the duties of a Lifeguard. They will also be the senior staff on duty when the General Manager is not present. Applicants should be certified in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid by the time the pool opens. All Head Guards should be at least 18 years old. This position will be paid hourly.

Lifeguard/Instructor: Applicants should be certified in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid by the time the pool opens. Lifeguards are also expected to teach swimming and diving lessons for the lesson program. All lifeguards should be at least 15 years old. This position will be paid hourly.

Swim/Dive Coach: These positions coach our swim and dive teams throughout the All-City Swim/Dive season. Applicants for this position will be referred to our head swim and dive coaches for review.

Tennis/Pickleball Instructor: This position teaches tennis and/or pickleball lessons. This position will be paid hourly.

Water Ballet Director: This position will serve as director (or co-director) for the annual water ballet show. This includes program selection, choreography, and overall show coordination.
