Water Aerobics

Water Aerobics will be taught by Parkcrest Head Lifeguard Holly Anderson during Adult Swim from 12:15 pm until 1:00 pm (unless otherwise noted) on Wednesdays and Fridays from the week of June 12 through the week of August 7 (there will be NO water aerobics the week of July 24).

Water Aerobics Schedule: 12:15-1PM on Wednesdays and Fridays from the week of June 12 through the week of August 7 (there will be NO water aerobics the week of July 24). 

Important: Please let us know if you have physical limitations or injuries that may impact your participation in water aerobics, if you are uncomfortable in the diving well (deep water) as some classes or parts of classes will be held in the deep water, or if you are looking to add additional challenge to your workout. There are many ways to modify the exercises we do in class to best meet the needs of all participants!
