Water Aerobics

Water Aerobics will be taught by Parkcrest Manager Holly Anderson during Adult Swim.

Water Aerobics Schedule

12:15-1:00 p.m. on Wednesdays and Fridays from the week of June 11 through the week of August 6 (there will be NO water aerobics the week of July 23). 

Important: Please let us know if you have physical limitations or injuries that may impact your participation in water aerobics, if you are uncomfortable in the diving well (deep water) as some classes or parts of classes will be held in the deep water, or if you are looking to add additional challenge to your workout. There are many ways to modify the exercises we do in class to best meet the needs of all participants!
